Aims of the Scheme
1. To boost students' confidence, enhance their discipline, and cultivate in them a willingness to serve
2. To train up student leaders, guiding them to stretch their potentials and develop leadership skills
3. To train up students as role models who can set good examples for other students
4. To train up student leaders who can assist in maintaining the discipline of the school, creating a desirable learning environment
